I'd expect the zipper or sewed seam to be the weaker point, but to tear the teeth off(assuming that's where the zipper itself was) doesn't sound very good.

And they are probably reviewing the email and being very cautious what they responde/etc as mentioned above.

36 hours and not so much as an acknowledgement that they received my email and voicemail.

Nice to feel valued as a customer, eh?

BUMP for 48 hours, no response and an additional email sent. Makes me feel like a jackass for buying this suit from a company that obviously cares not about my satisfaction with their product.

Welcome to today's customer service.

I;m old enough to remember the days of when the customer was always right. That seldom happens any more which is a shame.

I need to send in pics of my suit, too. My second track day in it, I bumped my puck on the curbing and it tore the knee apart. The velcro is not supposed to be stronger than the stitching! It is a Kobe Carbonstar. I had the knee sewn up and the next day I had that hi-speed get off at MSR in the carousel. The suit is all tore up now. Many of the seams are pulled apart and there are holes in the sleeves..from one wreck!

All of the zippers on my Dainese have busted. The zippers at the wrists and the main middle zipper. I had to get all new zippers sewn on. I saw a rep at the motorcycle show and she gave me a number to call. Said to put her name in there and it would be taken care of. Never heard back from them, either.....
