Montgomery PD

I need help. Has anyone dealt with Montgomery Courts? I got four tickets today I turned on 2854 from 105 to hit Honea Eygpt since there was water across 149. They gave me tickets for 80 in a 55, no turn signal, expired registration and inspection. They said I was evading your going to jail. I couldn't hear them so I went a few miles with them behind me.

You dont have turn signals? Or it wasn't used? If you were in the turn lane you dont need to use it.

The other two(registration and inspection) can be corrected and fix a ticket paid. 80 in a 55 is 21mph over the speed limit. Be thankful.

Im sorry that sux.

I haven't gone through dispute but maybe others have done the lawyer and dispute for the turnsignal. He should be able to help w the speeding too.

Others may have a better idea.

thats no biggie, get the two stickers handled this week and they will go away for $10 each, and get a lawyer for the other 2 and the turn signal should go away with pics from the rear of Ur bike, np, the only 1 U might have problems with is the speeding and like cali said that shouldnt be a big deal either, dismissed with a lawyer or dd, but spend a couple bills on lawyer and will be money well spentgl

may moons ago in magnolia I did not signal making a right turn iin a right turn only lane. A (yes, she was a royal ) she stopped me and the very fiist thing shhe said was "have you been drnking?" it was a saturday night at aroound 11 pm, I went to pick my mom up from her old job at booger king.

It just shows that many cops bend the law to their will just to get you. fck those cops.

montgomery pd patrols out in honea egypt? was it the sheriff's dept?
i know that most patrol out there has a less friendly attitude towards sport bikes, as do the judges, from what i have seen. as long as you can present yourself as a decent, responsible individual that will help you if they want to start some with you.

good luck

Last time i read traffic law there was no stipulation for being in a turn lane. You had to use the signal for 100feet prior to turning from what i remember, how many people actually do that?

, I don't haven't run traffic in years maybe its changed? As far as bending the law for a traffic stop.. Doesn't effect our pay how many tickets we right, and last I checked quotas were a little frowned upon.

Whos court is assigned to?
