IMO the V Rod is styled very similar to the original V Max, a bike thats been around since '84!

I like the new one, hope they go to chain drive though.

I think the Vmax looks super bad-, but have you notice when someone is on the bike they look a little funny?

i would also buy one. don Vmax said that his was very comfortable on long rides. i would change the exhaust, yuck!

i've had many 300-400 mile days and a few in the 500-600 mile days.
i've had my seat redone as most max riders.

I like it. The teardrop haedlight assy. looks familiar, though.

As for the V-Rod looking like the previous model V-Max.... I'll have to diagree. There's very little resemblence.

the one they showed is shaft again. suposed to be a 1800cc with the v-boost also.
