i got them for my nissan truck and work wonders. they only missed one harness so the high beam didnt work at first

but now they work and they are great

yeah the whole deal was a missing harness that connects the hi beam of the bulbs to the hi / lo harness

i cutted the small harnesses and rewired them. then boaala

kit came in....is it really this easy?

remove stock bulb. plug factory wiring to bulb into power of HID ballast. connect the three pigtails. install the HID bulb in factory housing?

the wiring diagram/instructions appears different from my kit, but my kit seems easier than the instructions.

dang these things are bright...now i wish i could tone it down some...

i installed 1 of 2, and still need to figure out where to place the ballast...are they supposed to be placed in a place where they can cool down? or in a place with little air flow?

also, i'm not sure what that boot around the wires is for....i couldn't fit it in my factory boot.

i wish i could refer back to the instructions, but i left them on my desk at work.

they shut off when idling for about 1 minute. i think i need to read up more on these things.

I put 6ks on my bike about a year ago. Not DDMs but I havent had any problems. I like the extra light. The 5-6ks look the best.
