no actually it all depends on the brand not all 6k and 8k brands are the same color for the ddm the 8k has a light blue tint to it the 10k is blue, on my tahoe i have 10k mccullochs and there that ice blue

The DDM 10k kit is NOT blue, well not mine at least. I THOUGHT it was gonna be a deep blue but its more of a purplish-white. Either way, I'm satisfied with it. Light output is a big step up from stock and that's all I wanted, Oh, and it stands out better than a halogen

My 6kk's are a slight blue. I have a buddy with 8kk's, and one with 10kk's... The 8's are a tad blue-er than mine, and the 10's are noticably blue-er than that. And fwiw... I put a set of 5's in the wifes truck. PURE white. Just an FYI...

most brands the 12k is when it starts to look purple usually the 10k are blue my buddy has the ddm 10k and there blue

I have DDM tuning HIDs on the Miata and they seem to hold up very well. Their shipping can be a bit slow though so beware of that.

the bigger the number you go, the less light output you get.....stick to 4300-6000k
