Unhappy Bike won't run :-(

Hey guys. Alright, so due to a really bad series fo events, I am out of money and have been living paycheck to paycheck for the last few months. Now my bike won't run and i believe its because i wasn't able to ride it for a while so the carburators need cleaning. Last time i took it to the shop to get it done it cost me so much money and i can't afford to do that again, but if i can't ride my bike, i will be forced to spend extra money on my car's gas, not to mention the fact that i can't stand missing my bike like this. Does anyone know where i can get the cheapest possible price someone will charge me to get my bike running again? I don't even need it to be done by Suzuki, just as long as it is soeone who knows what they are doing. Please, I need your help. Indirectly, this affects my ability to be able to propose to my girl. That's right, i have plans to get married but if i can't start saving up for a ring because i keep having to waste the money on car gas, then its never going to happen :-(

please someone help me out.

The difference between car gas and bike gas is offset by the fact you have to do more maintenance on the bike including new tires ect. That being a fact nice first intro post.

P.S. if you can save up for a ring that's not a ringpop then you can fix your bike.

For a gas engine to run you need good Spark and Fuel (not to much and not to little fuel) and at the right time.
Assuming the engine actually turns over/

No magic to it.

Everythingh else just improves its performance.
Except oil which is need for longevity of running.

Be sure your battery is strong and you have spark.
Next is fuel.

What kind of bike is this?

If it has been a while maybe the floats / needle and seats are stuck shut or open.

My 2 cents are along those lines too...

what condemns the carbs?

What type of bike, what is it doing?

Sebastian, your bike has been sitting in your garage for way too long without running and your carbs need to be cleaned out.

You also had a electical problem that i dont think was ever fixed because after you got a new battery, your bike died a few weeks later.

gimme a call when I'm back down in clear lake, and i'll come over and take a look at it in person.
