What's the average price to clean the internals, change fluid, and change the seals if I bring the forks in off the bike to someone that knows what they're doing?

OK, I answered a question about prices.

How does that warrant a deletion of my post?

Prices are close to the same everywhere.

Just some places are better than others.

Fascism?
Racism? I am a very nice Native Chiricahua/Irish/German dude.
It can't be that.

Honey @ 34 degrees. or,

Read my 1st post. All bikes are different AND all fork oil is different. Even if they say the same weight. Best to get them done, IMHO. But I'm biased.

All are good, but you need to use the correct weight. All of the above are different even if they say the same weight. If doing it yourself pick a brand and try a weight. Then you can change it, if you don't like it.
They key here is TRY one out then don't be afraid to change it.

If you don't want to do it twice or three times. Take it somewhere.

Yea, I getcha, but even though they "say" the same weight, they will not be the same.

So you gotta try it yourself to see what you get. Some 5w are heavier than another brands 10w.
