get in high chair position, and you have to lift/jerk your legs up and yank the bars and give it gas and catch it with the hand brake.

what you gotta do is ride your bike 45 miles a day. you cant do high chairs with a spare tire around your waist lol.

hc are easy man

sit up on the tank
put the crease in the back of your legs on the bars
swing your legs in the air while u gas and pull up
but having 1/2 your legs over the front it doesnt put as much weight on the front, thus making hc easier

tada !

once yall get that , come back for hc circle lessons
