houseofpain thanks....

My first time on Rain tires.....all i can say is WOW, pucker moments the WHOLE FRIGGIN lap on EVERY lap. you just gotta be comfortable with the bike moving around A LOT. especially on the painted lines and sealer spots the bike was sliding in weird ways. after the rain stopped, it was crunch time to get the slicks back on the bike and ready for the somewhat dry racing. the day ended well with me and the bike going home in one piece.

results:

formula 2 = 1st place (in the rain )
d superbike = 1st place
lightweight twins = 3rd place

i would like to thank Motorcycles Unlimited for the badass EBC Extreme Pro brake pads that stop on a dime; suspension work and advice from brandon to keep my bike planted in the rain puddles and in the dry; slick oil to keep my motor lasting; and the awesome tuning they do on my both my bikes.

Texas trackdays for the invaluable tracktime and support they have shown me. I can't thank you guys enough Meril and Manu. you guys throw one of the best trackday events around and i'm glad to be a part of your staff.

John and South central race center....sticky icky pirelli's. Rain tires were phenominal, and the Slicks were even better!

Larry Myers for the wet riding tips and confidence inspiring coaching.

Ninfa (Dr. Gonzo's Mom) for the GREAT pep talks. you really know how to bring somebody's spirits up in hard times. bless you for being so supportive of all of us.

Sunny, Jason, Derek, Buddha, Mr whoopie, david, Todd, robert, and everyone else i missed (sorry) for coming out just to help us turn some knobs and bolts and showing your support.

Congrats to the rest of the guys out there racing today despite the nasty weather. Today is the day Jesus came back to save us from the harshness we call RAIN! Hope everybody had a happy Easter!
