Where can I get this fixed?

My fairing stay is slightly bent where it bolts on to the frame. Here is a pic of what I mean, but it isn't mine. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GSXR6...11648287QQrdZ1 My fairing stay looks similar to that, instead of buying a new one, can I just bring it somewhere so they can bend it back? Where could I bring it to if there is, I'm in the NW side of Houston. Thanks, Also how much would it cost me to do this, if its alot I might as wel get a new fairing stay

from experience, i would recmmend buying a new untarnished one, all your panels line up w/ that main fairing. and if it's crooked, all your panels will have a hella time lining up properly.

Yup, you aint lying because I tried mounting the upper fairing and it was a trying to get in, but as soon as I did everything was looking funky and crooked. Later realized that the fairing stay I got was slightly twisted. I guess I'll jus dish out the extra $170, damnit.

try prying it back but most likely you will end up getting a new one off ebay.

Yeah that's where i bought the fairing stay from, ebay. Claimed it was straight and all, received it and it looked straight just by eyeballing it, but once mounted it was . Even if it was off by a few mm, you can tell. www.Oneidasuzuki.com seems to have the cheapest price for a fairing stay right now, thanks though.

i go off their rating. its not always 100%, but its a good guage to see if their description is accurate.

Yeah - I would have to agree with stunterdude. Get another fairing and B done with it. Good hunting bro. Do the foot work, take your time, and I believe you will get the best price for your situation, unless money is not a problem.
