To the guys who rode TWS (Texas World Speedway) Saturday w/o paying...

FYI, you were identified by spectators who asked Dave why people w/o level stickers and instructor's vests were entering the track via the pit-in exit. By the way we know who you are by speaking to other riders and describing bike/bodywork/leathers etc. Also, Blair Hart has some nice shots of you as well (w/o your level 4 stcker). You know who you are and I hope you do a couple things:

1) You need to call Dave at Ridesmart and make arrangements to give him the $135 you took from him. (knowing Dave he'll happily accept your money and hold no grudge against you, and welcome you to any future event, more than I could say I would do. If I had my way, I'd black-ball you from our events and LSTD & TTDs events as well)

2) You need to apologize to all the level 4 riders. We had a sold-out level 4 and you guys over-crowded it and jeoprdized thier safety for your own selfishness.

[soapbox]
Ride Smart, LSTD, TTD and the other orgs all have their opinions about what they think they bring to the table better than each other. But I think all org representatives & paying customers of all the orgs can agree that this is bull-$hit.

Man-up and do what is right. [/soapbox]

That Blows. Ridesmart is already the least costly of the orgs we have around here. Good Luck Dave. I hope these guys man-up.

Man thats freaking b.s. on a ton of levels! Insurance liability is the first one that comes to mind since no signed waiver or documentation.

If track time was missed /c one of them crashed or heaven forbid they hurt someone else, and this came to light at the track, it would take an act of congress for them not to catch a beat down by the ACTUAL participants.

That's what really gets me. Regardless of whether your a TTD, LSTD or Ride Smart supporter (or all 3) We are all "brothers" in this endeavor. We all share a common passion. These guys have violated that trust/camaraderie. It's just a shame.
