dude xr and crf interchange no problems...relax...one is a one piece rear tail and they updated the rad shrouds

look at the gas tank on a xr compared to a crf. Im not worried about the tail just the plastics on the side of the gas tank. The crf tank is molded differently for the plastics.

i dunno i've read mixed things, ok so we know the rear tail will work...and im pretty sure the front will too...maybe this can kinda help

Model Year Information:
2000 - 2003 the model was XR50.
2004 & 2005 it was changed to a CRF50.
The bikes models are the same bike mechanically, the only difference between them being the plastics, graphics and seat pan. Also the XR kickstart lever has a rubber grip piece on it. The plastics are totally transferable from one to the next. The only difference being that the tail on the crf has three screws on the very back of the tail that secure it to the seat pan, the xr only utilizes one. Some modification will be required. (Plastics info per Mitter) It should be noted that graphic kits should only be used with the model of plastics they were designed for.

like i said if you can i'd run the xr tail and the crf fronts....but whatever you do, at least your rockin' a 50

yeah i would like to use the xr tail but the plastics im getting only come for the crf.
