Do you guys really need Cpanel. While it does make things easier for the maybe not so knowledgeable, it seems that if you are only hosting one site on the box that its a bit of a waste. Just my opinion but I am a RHCE so I know my way around Linux a little bit.

Why not use an open surce alternative like webmin? http://www.webmin.com/

It allows you to also set up access with limited right so Chris won't execute anything bad
