Stolen 2006 GSXR 1000 Red/Black

I just bought it this past Saturday and it was parked today at the gables metropolitan at Sage and Richmond. Someone cut the chains and took it in broad daylight between 10a.m. and 4p.m. today. It still has a disc lock on the rear. I am so ****ing . Just filed a police report but not too much info yet. License plate: 3GD183

I WILL get my bike back and if anyone is willing to help me I will offer a kind reward! Please help!

That's a nice Apartment complex, too. Are there any type of security cams on the premises?

I would have put a few in someone had I seen them hauling off with it.

I agree it was partly my fault but it was just going to be for one day. Still there are other bikes in there that the exact same way. There might be an insider and I am going to find out who.

I will certainly keep my eyes out on the westside. What might help is if you give more details on the bike like identifying marks or anything original about it. Please keep us abreast of any results and call me if there is anything else I can do.

If it's not already in a hundred parts
  • In the black part of the tail left side near the "1000" sticker there are a few light scuff marks
  • The left side tail "1000" sticker has just slightly started to peel
  • Polished Lowering links engraved with "GSXR 1000"
  • The undertail has some scratches.

  • Exhaust has a small dent on the top to side crease
  • Vin JS1GT76A062115316

Just had my buddy run the plates and it hasn't been "reported" stolen yet although I called twice to make sure. I wonder how long it takes to get in the system?

Best wishes. My bike was taken on the 8th last month; no word from the investigating officer yet, regardless of phone calls/voicemails.
