ATTN: Aluminum Welders

last weekend i crashed my bike and i broke a piece off my frame where the tail subframe bolts to the frame. it basically broke half the little nub off for the thread and wanted to see if it can be fixed and retapped.

I believe it is repairable.
I did it once to my 01 R1.

Maybe you can weld a nut on the back (inside) of the frame and use a longer bolt?

good to know. anyone on the NW side of town that can fix this? i dont have the equipment available for this kinda welding
