If I had a friend that worked for Cingular I would ask to upgrade my contract to a "contractor/corporate", pay by month...

Hey, what's that 1-800 number to get a insured phone replaced? OR... how much is a new case for a RazrV3? The hinge area on mine is non-existant, not to mention the Motorola software sucks but a replacement case/phone would work wonders for me.

warrenty exchange is 1-800-801-1101. dialing 611 is a waste of time cause your gonna get transfered anyways. and the w600 is a good phone, takes good pics and videos but is not the best when it comes to reception. and for anyone looking for a housing for a v3 theres a guy who has a store inside of Heb on hwy 6 and keith harrow. he does good work for cheap. can get you anything you want

i used to work for them too. there service is good i cant lie but they suck at getting nice gear before others. all their phones are bulky and drain battery life. customers complain about that all the time and more are starting to complain about their service
