I'll willing to help however I can. Can we make donations for the raffle? Can the items be used or new or what?

LOL... actually I was kinda wondering why there was a poll involved to begin with. I'm sure the family will appreciate any good deed, financial help or support we can offer.

You guys could do a bike show and benefit... I have seen that work really well in the past. For example I put one together in 2005 for a cancer rally. Entry fee would be like $15 per bike including a plate lunch. Sell x-tra plates fer like $5-7. Give out small "plaques" for trophies. Divide all bikes into classes either by year/model or both... This would envolve more than just sportbikes. Its easier to get donations for things like that I think. Also silent auctions are always a good hit!

Just throwing out some suggestions! I have organised several events on a professional level. I dont currently work but am willing to help in any way I can! (I have lots of free time)

Sounds like all the ideas presented here are good. I'm in on whatever we all decide. And I agree with the family needing help sooner than later.

I work nights and have a weird schedule, so even if I can't attend an event per say Meaner will be there and visa verse with her. Were here to help.

Hey I said no, but not to the benefit for Coach Dave . I meant to the dinner plate idea that's what I said in my post. I just thought we should have a big ride and donate which is what it sounds like is going to happen. I just did not think the cooking food idea was thats all but it was a black or white poll no explanations. Believe me I wanna help his family. So forgive me I guess I misunderstood.

I think anything and everything we can do to help out his family will be appreciated, and the sooner the better.
