As mentioned above, leave it for the close friends and family to organize.

Jumping ahead with posts and threads will only confuse the community and end up locking threads then the whole front 'new post' thread is filled with the same subject.

Leave time for the family now respectfully. Anyone that rides with him regularly already knows where we are riding, where we are starting, eating etc. Its a matter or respect right now for the family and to include them.

We appreciate your good intentions, but lets give it a few weeks and do this right.
