Finally got an Arai. . .

Or I should say, a HIGH quality helmet. Got an RX-7 Corsair.
I own and wear KBC, M2R, and Akuma.
Most of my mileage is on the KBC.

Anyways, I always wear earplugs but not sure I noticed the Arai being any quieter than my other helmets

The chin vent seemed to be VERY functional.
The Arai is slightly lighter than my other helmets, but the 100+ miles I wore it today I wasn't "WOWED" and didn't think it was any better than my other helmets

My sunglasses however did fit perfectly with the helmet on.
Not sure how quick I'll be to throwing $75 towards a chrome visor
I hate wearing sunglasses under my helmets.

I'll post up again as I make more observations with it when I ride more this week.

Is it a VR-2? I have no complaints from my VR-2. Plus, I got it for $50 cause it was an XS and they couldn't get rid of it

Yep Andy did not last long in the game. I just picked up the new HJC FS-15 Spies replica for the track. I am VERY impressed with the helmet, HJC has deff stepped it up with this helmet. I wear a shoei RF 1000 on the street and my HJC has way less wind noise, and anyone at TWS (Texas World Speedway) yesterday knows it was windy. Overall I am very happy with my choice in HJC for my track helmet.
