If he charges anything, I'm sure we all can pool together and get some money up.

He is a retired Navy Admiral who was an Engineer and he loves woodworking for his hobby...i doubt he will charge anything at all...i once went to him on a Sunday at 12pm telling him my girlfriend's daughter at the time needed a catapoult built that needed to be turned in the next mornin for a school project...monday mornin...Immediately he stopped what he was doing and pulled out a blank sheet of paper to draw out the design...We had it built in about 1 1/2 hrs start to finish...and it got 1st place on top of it all!!! The man is a genius!!! And he has all the power tools you could imagine to be very creative and solid!!!

I'm tired, but just can't get myself away from the computer to go lay down for sleep.

It just hasn't hit me yet. I dont feel like its real right now, it just doesn't seem right. It seems like it always happens to the ones you least expect it to.

We will. No worries. Just give it time. Let this all settle in right now. It's too soon, too fresh, too painful and there is no rush.

I hear you Rick. So very sad. When I first heard about the accident and his leg injury, I was rolling my eyes thinking how in the world could Dave go down and how I was looking forward to giving him a little bit of grief for his incident. From there the news kept getting worse. And now we've lost somebody we all enjoyed. Words just can't express what I'm feeling.

I only got to meet him a couple of times. But from what I had already seen and heard about him, he was a wonderful man. Prayers going out to his family.
