No issue with having the edges that sharp? Seems like you would want the opening a little wider and taper towards the back, or have the edges rounded off.

I dunno, but I doubt it based on the shape of other chain guide blocks I've seen. The bottom does have a 30 degree lead-in taper, but since I don't expect the sides to be an issue, I didn't put a chamfer on them. I'll inspect it after a lap or two at the track, but I expect that the chain will tell me if needs a little chamfer there by making its own. It is, after all, plastic.

These pix, by the way, were taken after a few laps around the neighborhood and four high speed passes up and down my secret proving grounds.

Because the top is the tight side, and the bottom is the slack side, I am considering adding one to the bottom side, too, if needed. We'll see.
