saw an old dude at 3090, rode the heck out of his goldwing, i was following him for a while, i was really surprise to see how it moved, his son ended up wrecking his harley over at Tim's corner, poor guy shaved his fingers down to bone!

I have a friend that is apart of the Church of Life that use to ride with us. He has an 06 and can really scare some sportbikers. I'll admit he doesn't ride like that but its amazing to see them move around like that.

There is also a vid around the internet of two goldwings riding the same way on the Devil's Backbone.

The camera bike is a goldwing too. The fellow on the lead bike used to video people at the gap as a business (Deals Gap aka The Dragon). He is a very good rider - I have ridden the gap and some other roads with him in N Carolina.

Gixxerbill and I ride our wings together a lot and yes Bill can run with that guy - only edge that guy (known as YellowWolf) has is a full Traxxion Dynamics suspension on his wing - front and rear - ours are both stock.

Ground clearance is the limiting factor on a wing in the corners. First thing to drag are the pegs, next is the exhaust shrouds (fairly thin metal - tends to give a little) anything after that and the contact is hard (not good).

If you use the pegs as an angle limit warning you can drag them all day without problems - when you get to the exhaust shrouds you are nearing the limit. I'll try to post up some pics of the underside later.
