Call them NOW and fill an after the fact report anyway - will be useful if you need to sue them later.

If it is not your fault ALWAYS call the cops if it happened on a road unless a settlement takes place right then and there*.

* the only time I didn't call the cops was after a nurse hit the side of my car while shortcutting through a parking lot. Clearly her fault, she admitted it and wrote me a check for $500 on the spot (I paid $400 for the car) - yeah it was a risk but the car looked ugly before and the damage didn't affect the door or the window operating.

well, im probably the most unlucky person on the road...
just now i got home from some crazy mexican (who i swear was on drugs) got into road rage on the freeway, almost rammed my car a few times, and punched through a window and punched the side of the car after the as*hole stopped me in teh middle of the freeway.

this time cops were all over the place. rbf 311 black 05 impala.
im still shaking. this was on I-10, and spilled onto Bltway 8. i saw a few bikes pass, didnt know if anyone saw this crazy .
