Let me guess you guys get on the freeway and do 65 mph all day, " because we save our racing for the track" well fu(k!ng good for you Alllstars!
Wheelies in public parking lots are dumb????
Some guys like stunting in public parking lots like ASI are they stupid too?
Some how I missed the instruction tag on my first bike 20 years ago that said go to the forums do what others do to be cool!!!!
nobody gives a rat a$$ what you do on free way or any other parking lot, the point of this post is, keep it out of pp1. the logic behind is very simple if you cant get it, think about it until you do.

"Some guys like stunting in public parking lots like ASI are they stupid too?" WoW did u miss the Fu*king fact that this is about pp1 and not ASI, or any other parking lot.

sticking around is not what the problem is. i go there on Wednesdays to meet friends, that i have not seen all week; many people do.The problem are people who think its cool to blow out peoples ear drums with thier open pipes.
i ASSURE you i am not scared of riding my machine.

any how the moral of the story is, be considerate to others while your out there, regardless whether you are just chillin there all night or coming from a route to catch a breath and then head out again.

ok look nothing wrong with a meeting spot to meet new folks check out new\old\custom bikes....etc....thats the fun part.

Your not gonna stop those that act like fools in the lot. not to mention, posting on here to keep a parking lot bike-friendly is only reaching the MH community. so what about the rest that are out there?

....it is a shopping center parking lot....

why not post up at a not so public populate place where its more bike friendly, is all im saying.....just a suggestion.
Its a free country...if PP1 is it for ya, ... do as you want...but by the same token...if one wants to wheelie, hit the rev and blow a train horn on their bike at PP1....they have that right.

NOt coaches either cause thats too close to my house and my 2 min ride there, would SUCK!

Be safe all!

Shennanighans aside, does anyone else think what the police did on Weds was highly illegal? I mean, just because you ride a bike they can't kick you off the property; if I bought coffee and was just chillen? So do they kick all the cars out when one does a burnout or illegal left turn?

Just sayin, that is BS.

not illegal at all... it's a private establishment, if rent a cop doesn't want you there and they have authority from the owner to make that desicion, then they can ask you to leave... if you don't, then It's trespassing.

yeah see, you bring up an interesting question...i bet they can by some way of the law.

I'm willing to assume the owners of the buisiness' are the ones who called leo's to have the lot cleared. I bet they feel it may even hurt their buisness to some degree or even be bothersome to the patrons.

Especially when you have folks like Aramis, who screams at all the chicks that walk by...

As a business owner they would have to point out each individual they wanted gone. Not just a blanket statement that everyone who rode a motorcycle up there had to go. It would be hard to prove that a random rider was tresspassing up there without the manager/owner to point them out.

If an officer witnessed the burnout and was able to identify the perp, then sure, but just kicking someone out for riding a bike up there would not stand up methinks. Besides the liability to Starubucks for kicking out a PAYING CUSTOMER because of what they rode. That is a class action waiting to happen.

I doubt they could kick you out just based on your vehicle of choice, but they can for your attitude. and i doubt that starbucks makes that call... it'd be them complaining to the officer, it's the owner of the property that would have the authority

you are 100% right, this is what i told the officer as well and he responded "asking people to leave is a nice way of saying cut the . when it comes to it, all it takes is a units or two at the entrance and YOU know 8/10 bikes that pulls in has something worth giving a ticket to)".
i went through the same kind of back in the day with car meets, it didnt take long before noone would dare to get within a mile of that place.
