2004 Ninja 250 Reviews ?

Someone offered me a 2004 ninja 250 in decent shape,

comments from anyone about how this bike is for rides ?

I'm used to my old cbr929 and 955 triumph

other than pure size and power, how would the ride be on a small bike ?

thanks

-daniel

its very comfortable and reliable. it's just slow to get going and cruises at high rpms. i'd take it for sure. i'm back on a 250 after being on a zx7 and xb12, while it's no where near as fast, it's still definitely fun.

wow. no offense, but heard of google... its been around since 2004 so i'm SURE you could get some great reviews online elsewhere.....

OR have fun getting flamed @ ninja250.com by asking that questions... they have a great faq about the bike and all the info you'll need....

no offense.. just try doing some searching before posting something like that please. I commuted on a 250 for a year in rush hour so its fine. The older model is basically the same up until the new version... so you don't really need to "review" the 2004 vs 2005... different paint, same little engine.

Naw it's ok, but I appreciate it. The bike the guy offered me is previously wrecked but my wife doesn't want a bike yet, or one that has a dented tank.

But not bad for $1500 all plastics replaced, just neds new tank and exhaust is scratched.

I understand that, and googling maybe is something I did before I posted here

Did you consider that before starting your post with 'wow'

As in, you are stunned to think I am so mentally handicapped in a way, I rely solely on people's opinions and answers and I am not self driven in any way to search for my own conclusions ?

I was just trying to accomplish a couple things with my original post (just incase you got confused, the 2004 ninja 250).

1. I've been gone a REALLY long time, just trying to spark conversation and meet the new people on the forum.
2. Get a fellow rider's opinion that I respect, since I know a few of these peeps from on here or at m&g's from back in the day.

So wow, no offense or anything. Do some research before you flame on me

Btw, have a great day !!!

there's no winning an argument like this...
search/google before you post. common forum etiquette. i've had my say. wished him well, just pointed him in the right direction and advised to try doing some searching.

peace out.

you know my intentions were to only highlight the parts where you were rude and quick to judge .... mostly because I was looking for the part where you wished me well ???

But I ended up highlighting everything

I guess you must have editted that part out on accident ?
