i like it bro. i have 2002 gsxr 600 i got it extended as well, i love it. only i put a 1000 motor on it. u might wanna consider doin that, 600 is a light frame, put a 1000 motor on it, its fun. plus the insurance does nt change!!

Why would you put a 1k motor on a 600?? Why wouldn't you just get a 1000??

cuz i found a good deal on 1000 motor,hearders,computer etc. not to mention i still pay insurance for a 600, the 600 frame is lighter than 1000.

Doing a 1k swap on that year gixxer is MUCH more difficult than on your bike

No not really sure on that, I know the tank is a little bigger and doesn't have the plastic on it Seems like it would be a lot of work putting a 1000 engine on a 600 when you could just get a 1000 which would have a frame built for that specific engine.

Oh i agree............... after the cost for motor + the time spent + the parts + all the beer youd consume while trying to figure it out seems better to just get a 1000.
