empty road

I found a great un-used road off of beltway 8. there are a couple of great left handers with a huge sweeping right...Just took a leaf blower and a couple of brooms to get a cool spot to ride (local)....

Let me give you and others a heads up...

That pavement is grooved to let car tires grip better in the rain. In the dry it reduces the contact with tires because there is less pavement.
On a car it doesn't matter but on a bike being ridden hard it means there is on the order of 25% less traction.

I was riding on a beautiful dry day, took a nice sweeper at a spirited pace and tucked the front, rashed some fairings a toasted an ankle, so be careful.

You could improve on that body position. Might I suggest trackdays. I LOVE me some trackdays. I was the "dragged knee on street before trackday" rider too.

Come to the track and you can ride like that all day (no sweeping required).
And bonus there are people there that will help you improve your skills in a controlled environment.
Once you do you will see it's a mistake to ride that way on the street. Seriously.

I know I had to buy another bike so I wouldn't wear out my street bike. I got bit hard.
