People with Jardine Exhaust RT1 and CBR 600's and 1k's

Has anyone had a problem with the under tail Jardine RT1 exhaust end caps coming loose or completely coming off. I know I have seen four in Houston and I am looking for any others who have had similar experiences. Thanks

My buddy had one on his 06 GSXR 600 and the rivets started coming off 1 by 1 and finally after trying to keep it secured by actually using bolts the tail peice came off on the freeway........This was after he had to take the packing out of the muffler because it was starting to come out by itself......However he loved the way it sounded so much he wants another one......
