An oh s@&! Moment

Becarefull with the black tar they use to fill the cracks in the street with. It's slippery . I had my front tires wash out on me but saved her before I could go down. Made my pucker up. I think that's actually the first time I felt my front tires lose traction. Not a good feeling at all

Similar thing happened to me today. I was on Memorial westbound exiting Waugh going northbound and when you join up on Waugh there is a 3-4 inch gap that runs about 25-30 yds and my front tire caught the gap and I had an "oh sheet!" moment. I could have made diamonds with that pucker factor.

1488 is terrible with it. There's a bunch of reaaal nice turns up near 290 but it's impossible to dodge all those snakes. It's just a little disconcerting to feel your bike sliding around when you're leaned over.

Takes an otherwise boring ride and makes it more interesting.

Add a couple hundred pounds over your bikes, a full lean and enjoy the ride.

These things almost killed me before i realized what they would do. Come into a corner a bit too hot and touch the brakes a wee bit combined with a harder tire compound. . . woo hoo hate the things
