I live on the southwest side of town and I want to smoke out my tailights on my gixxer. Anyone know where I can get it done or is there anyone on here willing to do it for me if u know how?? Ur service will greatly appreciated!!!

How about you use some of that window tinting film available at any car store?

Also be aware that although they do look cool when the bike is turned off, it does reduce the amount of light passing through and thus your visibility - and we both know you need as much visibility as you can get.

They have stuff that you can paint on your lights. I use it on my cars. Just pull off the light and coat it lightly till you like it. I dont remember the name though

VHT makes a product called niteshades that is a spray-on tint. Thats how most people are doing it.

If you have a nice steady hand and a good trigger finger... take off the lens and lightly spray the inside of it with black spray paint. Don't hold down the spray nozzle, or you'll black it all out. It's cheap and it'll work, if you do it right.

Plus I imagine that if you do it on the inside you don't have to sand it down for paint to adhere to.

i just used model spray tint.....Tamiya TS-71. been on the outside of the lens for two riding seasons and the blinks still look the same as the day i did them
