06 GSX600r mystery button

On the cluster there is a button at the top left (above the nuetral light) i think it says adj or sel. I know the bottom button toggle through the tripometer and such but I have no idea what the top button does. Anyone know?

that resets what is displayed. But it should only be able to resest the trip mileage. On my 1k, that button is also used when setting up the shift light.

Correct me if I'm wrong Mcfly but in your manuel to the future it says what all the flux buttons are. Read it if you don't have one I suggest you get one after all once you get your bike up to 88 mph you might be rockin.

Nothing mystery about it. It does various adjustments, time, shift light function, adjust tach for shift light to come on, reset trip counter, guage brightness.

I take it the time is never right on your bike if you don't use this button

that pretty much covers it... although i find the shift light not usable during day light hours, you should know the sound of ur rpm's anyway ... its all in the manual if ya just read it.
