Ran over a cat..

I went riding to racer road sunday before the game and ran over a white cat. When we saw the cat, we slowed down to keep from running over it. The cat was stubborn and running along the road.. wouldnt cross the road. My friend was watching out for me so he road along side with the cat and told me to pass to make sure the cat doesn't jump in front of me. I was slowly passing by when all the sudden the cat jumped in front of my friend's bike.. he braked to keep from running over it.. and I, of course, ran over it with my front wheel. It didn't die.. it just kept running (I think). It prob has a broken back... I felt bad.. But I am just happy I held my bike and didn't go down.
