u r developing muscles.

properly, the crutches should be an inch below your shoulder pits when u stand upright. Otherwise the weight of your body is being held up and putting pressure on the shoulder muscles/ligiments/nerves.

holy moly my weight according to that link is 88-116 I have not seen those weights for a long long long time, however I have lost 3 pounds since last week, lucky me I had to get sick to do it but whatever I'll take it however I can get it.

Mine is doing much better and I have a walking cast, so I didn't have to endure the crutches for long.
