Sounds good. I have the some info like links to food pyramids that provide guidance for individual's recommendations for calories, groups etc per day.

I can bring a tape measurer.

(and by posting results, weight doesn't need to be posted, only plus or minus numbers.)

They are pretty good but the pastas and pizzas aren't the best health-wise. The salad and soups are killer.

I chose Friday but Monday would also work for me. I am a bit over 180 right now.

I want to get under 10% body fat but still weight what I do now or a bit more.

Who has a high quality scale? (both accurate and precise)

We could ask a fitness place?
I have a membership at 24 hour fitness in the woodlands (I use the Lake Woodlands one). They would probably let us use it for the beginning and end measurements. They might even hook people up with deals if anyone was interested. Can't hurt to ask?

I have a scale... it seems accurate. It says I'm fat, and I am.

I know someone on here that has a digital, talking one that tells all sorts of stuff... he goes to HAK and use to play professional football... maybe he would be interested in helping.

On the otherhand, 24hr Fitness is across from Sweet Tomatoes. But that is still a drive for most people. A more localized spot may be better.

that would be cool.

Just in case people are interested, I will ask the manager at 24 hour fitness tomorrow morning and report back.

Im fine wherever/whenever. Just let me know ahead of time. Wednesday directly after work I have some track prep to do for Sunday. Otherwise I'm free.

I can bring papers/etc for everyone to record weight, measurements(if they choose) etc. Lemme know.

I lost 520lbs already. Time for me to lose some in the midsection where it needs to go. lol

ok.

So we need a portable scale which is accurate and precise. We should all use the same scale on a similar surface for the official weigh-ins.

Also can we rename it the Northside MH Fitness group?

Cali wants to gain weight and I want to maintain or gain weight....
