Yall wanna do like exercise sundays? I normally go to the park and hike around the heavy backpack. I would love company. Its not running or jogging but a brisk walk. Sometimes weaving up and down the hills. Great thigh workout and not killer impact on the joints like running. Just throwing it out there. I really want company

Yeah I have been wanting to for the past couple of weeks and I'm finally mentally strong enough to do it. I need to gain 15-20 pounds though. If I lose any I'll be pretty much non-existant.

It's hard to get me out of the house on Sundays because I'm so depressed about Monday. But once summer comes, I'd be willing to go on Sunday hikes. I like carrying a backpack and collecting, moss, twisty twigs, bugs and stuff.

That's just your lungs getting rid of all that tar and in there. It stops after a few weeks and that's when you REALLY start to feel better. When I qit for that 6 months, after the second month I pretty much felt like I hadn't ever started smoking. A few of us went out to memorial Park with our bicycles and I was pedaling for hours and still felt great. . . albeit a little sore.

Mucous production is significantly higher in smokers. Hence when you stop smoking your body is still producing the same amount of mucous and takes a while to compensate.

I signed up online and they are always having different promotions and such, I paid a $29 enrollment fee and $29 a month I don't know what their deal is now though
