I would like to do a track day sometime but after selling the fz1. all i have is the v-max and the busa.
I would rather take the v-max over the busa as it would be WAY cheaper to replace if i wrecked it. But I would maybe be better doing it with other Like bikes tho. I need to go and watch a track day and see if i could keep up in the C group with that 500lb V4

That dude was dragging peg all over, probly had decent times and even passed up a few sportbikers despite his low grind angles...

just do the lstd trackday school like that guy in the pic did...

you can use pics, the school, the experience and on track video to help you get better...

whether you want to go faster or just learn how to ride your bike better - it's a blast man...

so a LSTD is what i would need to do on the v-max?
would be cool. was dragging the pegs a few times on the Dragon
at LSTD. what all entails with it?
instruction, classroom?
Full leathers and tape everything?

Don't forget Longhorn Motorcycle School, or www.msrhouston.com. All three
track day providers are excellent. Each provide classroom time and on track supervision allowing you to work with an instructor. Whether you want to stay
close to home and ride MSR or ride the superfast speedway of Texas World, you can't go wrong. The main thing is getting out there and having fun.
