MSR track photos 3/22

This is officially my first post to the forum other than posting in the classifieds. Yep still trying to sell my engine. Anyway, I unfortunately missed the 3/21 TTD but I made it out there today to take some aerial photos of the track. There wasn't much running today other than some testing and tuning. I really want to make it out next time and shoot a track day and maybe get my feet wet with a parade lap.

Check it out, let me know what you think...

A UAV. I pilot it from the ground with telemetry and video downlink. It's funny you mention always seeing circling aircraft because HPD chopper was flying low and presented an obstacle.

haha you said telemetry.

just kidding man. what kinda setup do you use to power that thing? just curious how transmitting the signal through the air works. sounds pretty cool.

Thanks for all the compliments. I really enjoy taking aerial photography and I do it for fun. But I have an llc setup just in case.

Speaking of spying, the thought crossed my mind to fly over the playboy mansion!

I fly all electric, it's powerful, clean, and virtually silent. The wireless setup is very similar to a cell phone.

Wow, sweet set-up! Would it be possible to mount a HD helmet type cam on the ROV and "chase" a rider for a lap around the track from a lower altitude?

yeah. I am already working on this setup. I will probably use my heli UAV to shoot it. I would have to get this blessed by the track official however. Does anyone have any contacts to get this approved?
