Why dont you wear knee pads?

I mean they are like 20 bux. I have seen 2 people now, in the last 3 months or so, that have wrecked without knee pads. One of the broke thier arm and chipped thier knee cap. guess what? The arm is fine now and they are still limping.

90% of teh time I have them on. Im tellin ya man, broken bones will heal up, but tear up your knee and that's gonna take some time. It may never be right again.

20 bux yall.

That is all.

Wore mine on my ride today Didn't scuff em but I sure did break that new rear tire in all the way

A lot of nights I'm guilty of riding without them, but on the spirited paced backroads rides, I either have them under my jeans or wearing my full suit No questions asked.

I wear mine whenever I ride, I feel naked without them.
We keep the Alpinestars Reflex knee pads in stock.

sometimes a little education rules the nation......i had never thought about knee pads....and no one had really ever mentioned them. all i ever saw was make sure you wear a helmet, gloves and jacket so i thought i was covered ...now that ive been down, with no knee pads i understand the importance. sometimes it takes that too for people to get it. and yes near 4 mos later my knees still give me $hit ....wish i woulda had em on...all i can say is wear em people.... good post brandt.

Speaking of knee pads, I'm kinda lookin into a brand that fits more securely.
I have the kind that have two velcro straps but I feel like they will shift somewhat easily in a crash/fall. Maybe I should just get some riding pants and call it a day though Your thoughts?

Dustin, don't be a jackass, this isn't the section to BS in.
