Anybody here work out?

I'm stacking No-explode and muscle milk i love really love them...But i've been told some product hit the shelves thats pretty much steroids thats legal cuz they took away an ingredient. Anybody know what it is? Also does anybody here know anything about PROHORMONES? I've read a little about it, but wondering has anyone ever tried it. Mark Mcguire took them, and i read it has a lil estrigin in it so im wondering what the side effects are.

Ok, first off, let me suggest forum.bodybuilding.com
They can answer any question on any suppliment and any side effect (Legal or otherwise) ever been known to man kind. Most people there have already been there/done that and a lot of the posters are pro bbers.. well, not a LOT but more than a few are.

I work out.. or at least I did till I ate .

Never tried either of the things your talking about but I can tell you "Legal steroids" is just a stupid advertising claim, it's all stupid that they say to sell stuff to lazy unmotivated people who have more money than sense, seriously.

However.......

The three things you need to be a successfull bodybuilder are food, intense workouts and rest. The supps won't get you there alone. In fact, until you have been working out for a little while they really won't help you that much more than just eating right and resting plenty will by itself.

To gain weight (this is a generic number) you need to eat 1 gram of protein per pound that you weigh every day, so if you weigh 150 pounds you want to eat 150 grams of protein every day, this might sound easy but it gets hairy, you wanna make sure it's good protein (I.E. Tuna) and not bad protein (I.E. Juicy Porkchop) though you don't have to rule the bad stuff out totally.....

Creatine for strength and endurance, glutamine for recovery, protein for muscle building, Omega Fatty Acids (test booster), vitamins for overall health, without andro on the market there really isnt any pro-hormone...the NO stuff works to an extent but its just the same as amino acids...its a gimmick the Inventor admitted to recently....there is a thing called Triple its tribulus and some other derivatives totally legal and all natural...i was in college and put up weight like it was nothing....

I had some buddies that shot up, they said the tear-down period was so intense they'd take GHB to get through it, I tried that once.. man it was crazy stuff.

gyno is a common side effect of the VitaminS, but it is preventable. What are your goals for your body? this will help determine what supps. you should take. Proper diet and exercise is the most crucial factor involved in building mass, but we'll get back to that later.

actually to gain muscle and weight it should be atleast 1.5 grams of protein to every lb you weigh. most guys take about 3grams.

im taking whey isolate protein, but i do it for strength not to get cut. hai, after you workout wait 30 minutes and take some more protein shake and eat some carbs like a bagel. you should gain weight pretty fast.

didnt donmeega just eat alot to get nasty swoll?

i used the stationary biek a lot. and worked out 3 times a week for 2 hour and a half. i stuck to it and i lost a lot of weight. i am taking N02 explode for energy and i'm eating plenty of white meat/eggs whites. i've got good genes and had plenty of protein in my gut to build muscle

WTF is up with that hair DON'T???

you guys really shouldnt be using any harmfull sups. it's gonna catch up to ya eventually. just eat well, take your protien and do lots of cardio and you'll be doing good. youre not gettin paid to fill your bodies with , like the pros. Thats why Rick Flair's look like tent flaps.
