Thumbs up HAK RIDE 4/19!!!

April 19th, SMR (sunday)

This is not only for HAK area riders but EVERYBODY that wants to ride.

Meet- HAK starbucks
(1960/59 see map below)

Time- 9:30am KSU 10am

Route- Vote now for the route. Whatever wins the poll, poll ends 4-10-2009

Gear required- Helmet, jacket, gloves (boots and kneepads highly recommended)


Pace- Conservative (we will not be draggin knees, this is more of a cruise then anything. If you dont want to cruise, your on your own)

We will split into 2 groups- Experienced riders in the group 1 and New riders in group 2. We will have 1 leader and 1 sweeper per group. We will be eating lunch at either Orsaks, Yankees or the HOP depeneding on route you guys pick.

Bummer, can we vote for Saturday the 18th? I do cornerwork on the 19th at MSR-H.

I can ride tail on one of the groups; I've done it before when riding with SCRC Conroe. I can also bring the Goldwing - it's got CB radio if needed to keep in touch with the road captain.

On the 19th we are planning a memorial rie for Coach Dave and planning to put out his croos at the spot he fell Sunday. Just in case any of you plan on attending. We will have a final answer on this in next couple of days. Trying to verify it fits into Coachs family too.

That's a good map, pat. I've hit most of those, but some look new to me, good find!


Unfortunatly, I can't make this ride anymore. Bigpat is going to be one of the leaders for the ride.
