got a busa question...

i have a customer who has an 01 busa. he says he's running a little lean and haz no idea how to adjust anything. (nor do i for that matter)

is there something that i can do to fix this issue...other than taking it to Motorcycles Unlimited or Sunny's??

only way it would be lean is;
1. he put a full exhaust on it
2. he has a power commander and leaned out the settings



there are no O2 sensors on busa's so it will not go lean for no reason.

but you can smell the diff in a bike when its running lean or rich!

i know stubbs can flash those yr modles they did mine 06 but the new ones they cannot, but yea the pc would work to!

They usually run rich. A suzuki box could adjust the factory ECU a little. A PCMIII has an in-box adjustment program.

Its all a waste of money based on a whim...
