another what would you do

this is a two part "wwyd" --- what would you do?
i have at job place...a parking spot "we", with ok from mgr, designated for motos near the rear entrance on the bldg. we welcome any and all riders. been parking for about a year... rear tire to brick wall, front tire to exit, first bike in go to fardest and closest to corner as possible to make room for other bikes and also to be able to turn bike around and park with front tire to exit

for the past two weeks, we have a bike parked in the lot. its parked up front, not rear, park backwards. so i guess its parked at the bottom of the spaced lot. so past few days of last week and this week, we just ride in and around the bike.

my co-workers have a couple of big screaming eagle harleys and 3 sport bikes. so getting in and out is tight. its one car parking spot..not a lot of room.

here is my rant! the bike has not moved for two weeks. i have ask security to please advise owner to move bike to the back/rear of the lot. bike park in angle that is out of order and using two spaces.

wwyd?

when i get a few responses i will post my wwyd and then comes PART TWO!

i think you've done about all you can do.

maybe the guy went to work and is in the hospital for some reason or another, or had something happen to where he cant retrieve the bike.

pepper spray..too many employees..pepper spray on the handle grips or seat of the bike...i can do that

forgot to add some rant!

the owner has been told by ME! this is not the first time he has done this. late last year he did also but left the bike there for three weeks. also the owner just leaves the bike there, he brings his car only when he has work to do..part timer..not a full timer. he said because he live in an apartment, he doesnt have the space...so he is not even in the building. only reason he leaves it because we have 24/7 security and 360 camera and video. he treats this parking spot like his personal storage, chit with this much security we have at my job place, even i would do the same if i had to leave the bike, i would leave it there. the building has a rule that no personal vehicle can be left on property. all the rant above is just useless crapless filling to the situation..really i dont give an f about the bike spending weeks there, just the parking situation.
and its a freaking new 07 blu gixxer 600 with expired tags and original tires, bikes looks brand new...freaking poser doesnt even ride tha thing!

PART DOS!
after lunch, a friend and i rode in and park. got off the bike and saw my friend reaction to that bike again. well i pick the rear tire up and swing the bike over up against the wall..no damage, no scratch, nada. just got tired of it. i just move it over, problem solved...f it.
today i get a call, the owners manager calls me about the bike. i said yeah i move it, so what. owner claims that his rear tire "feels loose and possibly damaged" can you f'ing beleive that BS. i tell that manager why i moved it and if the owner had a problem, the rest of the bikers would love to have a meeting with him. i would really love to have that meeting. the manager didnt even know that the bike has been sitting there for two weeks, he doesnt even beleive us, even the security manager told the manager about it sitting there.

so WWYD at that meeting? i bet there wont be a meeting but i wish we do.

Dito on the taking the manager. I would have taken his manager over, showed him the bike is in good condition, and blocking the spot, then with the manager witnessing my act, I would have moved it.. Having his superior witness the move, plus having it caught on tape, means that you have a backup for this 'you broke my bike...' BS and also, his manager can't deny that he was there and that he never saw the bike be in good condition. Its one of the things I learned from my old job. Get a superior to watch and you get to save your for situations like this.

Or better yet, shut him up with saying you will have security call a tow truck next time you see the bike there over night, since its not a company vehicle and he is not in the company in case his vehicle needs to be moved, it is technically abandon.

Just my two cents.

Oh forgot to add, if he gives more BS, I would slip a $ bill to the security and ask that the cameras be turned off momentarily... so next time, when he complains his bike is broken, he wont be lying. F*ckers that lie to get things their way, me off.

Start an email chain and put everyone there in your shoes. Assuming you're all on company email- send owner (if you know him) a request to move it. CC his boss, and yours. Send a follow up every two days. Now everyone in the place knows about the bike, being left, and in the way. You're annoyed that it's still there, and everyone else is annoyed they have to hear about it till 'dude get a clue and moves it before someone really gets pissy all over it. A polite email crusade works wonders in your favor.

If this guy is being a douche I would go to the owner of the company and let him know that someone has abandoned a bike on his property, might add you are concerened that it may be stolen as it hasn't move for weeks and they may be storing it there so it is not discovered.

this morning the bike is parked in the correct location. i call BS the bike left the building and rode in, especially in this fog.

also email, f that. do you know how many times i hear the excuse "did you not get my email" or "i did not get an email" its a excuse. nothing is better that upfront talk. also this company has too many chiefs and few indians. i talk to security, i told him i will move it if he doesnt. i talk to the supervisor, also told him i will move it. talk to the owner, also told him i will move it.
yes i can be a , email the VP and Building Engineer and Secuity and Super and his momma and ask to have the bike towed since its breaking the rules

and after all this bs..the dude is a friend not best friend just someone who been working with us for years... well i thought he was cool but a friend of mines who cries to his super is a not really a friend..just a

go over there at night and kick it over, then pick it up and do the same on the other side. once he see's what was done he will look at the cameras and then notice that you also peed on the grips, done deal, he wont park it there again.
ohhh cover your self up so the camera does not show your face but enough to were he knows it was you but cant prove it.

I'm sure if you post the exact location a less scrupulous member of Motohouston will see to it that the bike becomes an insurance theft claim.
