Anyone do adventure riding?

I've been reading through the Adventure Rider website and have the adventure riding bug. I was just wondering if anyone did this kind of riding? Now I just need to get some money to get a big thumper.

I am planning a trip to Mexico in June with a guy I met here and another friend of mine. Taking my Daytona on the trip. I'd like to do some longer rides further south, but we'll see.

i would imagine justabout any enduro. prolly a larger displacement for the torque, depending on the areas travelled.

+1 We had a boat, and we took it all over Minnesota. It sure is the land of 1,000 lakes. I don't know about the lakes here except over in Jasper. That lake was too warm for my likings, kinda like pee water.

I would, but I'm not sure about taking my bike south of the border.
