The actual MSF course will provide you with a helmet. You need to bring boots, gloves, and sweatshirt/jacket.

You won't be going fast enough to rack up any serious damage.

As for actual riding, the mantra is ATGATT (All The Gear All The Time).

Boots, gloves, helmet, jacket as the minimum.

AlpineStar is great gear if you can afford it.

I suggest you buy the very minimum that you can get by with for the MSF class, and buy your real gear afterwards.

During class, you'll learn what to look for in gear, and you can have your questions answered there.

If you take the course with us, we'll be giving you several coupons at the end of class which are all good towards gear.
