I did 140 on my Gixxxer near Bear Creeck Park... slowed down when my handle bars began to vibrate more than normal. Come to find out, my tires had flat spots and now my top speed is like 98.LOL

Yeah it's weird how that works. Ever since my first track day I hardly ever do triple digits on the street. Maybe when you see a bike go down at triple digits at the track, then transpose that mental image onto FM3090 with trees, barbed wire, light poles, etc... it gives a new perspective.

It's really become cliche`, but it's just too true: take it to the track. Maybe the police should promote track events? ha.. el diablo will be ice skating to work the day that happens.

Put a speedo healer on your bike and you'll be humbled.

Factory speedometer errors on our bikes are ridiculous. Especially if you done any gearing changes to your bike...
