Under packed grids make some happy, lower prices make others happy. Every org has thier niche.

And I agree, I set a new personal best on an empty track friday. on saturday, I felt like I was riding my off, but was 2 seconds slower.
Hmmm, I think you're referring to a conversation that I haven't seen yet, but I'm not "sniggling" over anything, I don't really care how anyone else runs things.

LSTD has been running things with smaller grids and limited numbers for almost 9 years now, it's nothing new, and we've always caught a bit of flack from people who complain because we don't overfill our groups. Goes back to the owner's morals and ethics, policies they believe in, and sticking with what works.

We keep a finger on the pulse of the industry and constantly try to raise the bar on our standards. One of the uncompromising facts is that the owners believe (and have believed since day one) that controllable numbers at the track is safer for everyone involved.

Personally, I've never heard of anyone asking the track what their capacity is, and to me it's irrelevant. The track's are only renting the their facilities out, they're not there to dictate how someone runs their business beyond the obvious safety concerns that is.

I'm relaxed, trust me. I was just trying to clear it up- didn't mean to be too overbearing.

I took the MSF and got my M license as soon as I knew I wanted a bike. Had both before I even started looking. I have been riding right at about a year and have put on about 7,000 miles on my bike.

Location and price aren't really an issue. I just want to have the best time possible.

thanks for you help
Show up to the one on 3/29.....I'm going to be there.....it would be nice to have another first timer there from here so I don't feel so out of place
