While this ride is not a "Gnome" ride it is considered a NoOb to the forest ride. I will be there as will Cdill, MaxGs, and some other great people to learn lots of techniques from. You should come out.
I'll keep a look out. Weather this weekend looks kind of crappy.

Sure does, I don't know about your personal preference for riding but I feel like, if its too cold to sit outside in shorts and t-shirt, then its too cold to ride. Cold pavement and spirited riding don't mix well IMO. I'm sure there are many that do it but, tires do not get traction in cold weather. Thats my main reasoning and also I hate cold hands

Cold hands make riding not fun! I generally look for 65 degrees plus and minimal wind. Below that, I'm cold on the road. Above 90, its a bit hot too, but tolerable while moving.

Trust me, I wont be out thea when its too cold,

Now if its too hot, I can deal with sweaty nuts, just not frozen ones!!!

I haven't been on the street at all since MSRH.

A whole bunch of us are riding at MSRH for the TTD Trackday.

But Cyrick 21 is also doing a Noob to the forest ride. That is right up your alley. Check the Events section.

Yep... I am going to have a ride going on this sunday.

It is perfect for anyone that has never been on the forest ride and wanting to learn the roads or someone wanting to just take it easy for the day and enjoy riding on 2 wheels.
