Not likely - hard cores might go get a bite to eat somewhere. Only the dumb ones will stand out in the parking lot in the rain.

I'd have to buy about two rolls to blue-tape everything that can be broken on that Goldwing I bet it's not that bad of a bike for the track... if I run in the monkey bike class

As for the Gixxer, I still need to grow half a pair before I can say I'm 100% comfortable and confident with it.

But I'm working towards that - I'm doing a day of cornerwork @ MSRH in April. If y'all don't manage to discourage me with yalls crazy speeds and mad skillz I might just turn that credit into a track day.

It's not as scary as it sounds. If I can do it anybody can, AND it's a great way to LEARN how to handle your bike better.

One thing all track riders should adhere to (especially first timers) is "ride within your means." If you respect yourself and respect your fellow riders, a trackday is an excellent learning tool to better you as a rider. Take it slow and you will have a super time!

Welcome, too.

I have absolutely no love or respect for anybody that's better and faster than I mean. That means mostly everybody, including bicyclists, but I never pretended to love humanity much anyway
