i allways wanted a stand up jetski, my buddy had one sittn in his backyard coverd with leaves n chit. i offered him 5 bill one day, he said nope "i am gonna fix it". 2 weeks later he gives it to his roommate for a case of beer .

you can get a running ski for less than $500 all day long if you're willing to drive to austin/san antonio/dallas. What side of town are you on? next time i take the ski's out I'll give you a shout and you can come ride to see if it's something you really like. Standup jetski's are the "stuntbikes" of the water IMO

ive never road a stand up. a buddy of mine just aquired a couple kawis. he will be bringin em down to the river this summer. my parents have a place on the san bernard with a malibu in the lift year round and a couple sit down plaris skis. you should come out one weekend

im on the SW side, that would be badasssssss,i never been waterski'n or on a jet ski before, i gotsa phobia of deep bodys of water and drowning,( im not bouant) i seen one vid on you tube , theses fools doin barrel rolls and back flips of lil 1 foot wakes, crazy, im down when ever u go

FWIW, these toys are rather inexpensive. The 2 nice ski's in the somerville sunset picture cost me $1500 for the pair on a double trailer, and that came with a 3rd ski on a single trailer(not running). the yellow and red ski's i posted at the top came with a double trailer for $800. I think almost everyone on here can afford an old standup ski!!!!!!!
