fixing my ride

my master cylinder is shot, the lever bent causing fluid to shoot out of the piston...

looking at different aftermarket set-ups & wondering what the differences in the brembo 16x18 & the 19x20 would feel like?

i figure the larger piston would give more leverage, but would like some input from someone who has used one or the other...

AP racing makes a cheaper replacement using the same specs as factory, wondering if the quality might not be up to par...

Good for you being back up and wanting to do some work. Unless you got the coin to spare or are on the track all the time the nissin stiff should work quite well.

talked to the insurance company today, there's a dent in the frame where the right clip-on banged through the plastics...they're wanting to total it.

bastards...

anyway, got the wiring harness set-up, gonna try to fit the electronics under the seat...8 wires got ripped...

bikes running, thinking about forming some aluminum for an excuse for bodywork.
also thinking about doing a 'bobber' tail.

took it for a spin, still need a master cylinder. neighbors say i've lost my mind, but not my marbles.

to answer the original question: 16x18 would feel a bit squishy, and the 19x20 will feel really stiff.
